Make your reservations for a special New Year's Eve Dining Celebration at Webb's Captain's Table. Dine by the fire or reserve a table overlooking the winter beauty of Chautauqua Lake. 

Guests of this annual dining event are invited to order a 4-course meal from our limited holiday menu, which includes an appetizer, salad, entree, dessert. New Year’s Eve dinners are $57.95* and include one non-alcoholic beverage.

FIRST COURSE

FRENCH ONION SOUP

Caramelized onions simmered in our homemade broth, topped with croutons, Swiss and mozzarella cheese

SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Fresh shrimp over a bed of lettuce and served with our homemade cocktail sauce, lemon and crackers

CHARCUTERIE PLATE

Sharp cheddar, Manchego, Genoa salami, Prosciutto ham

HOUSE CURED SALMON CANAPÉS

served over herb cream cheese on crostini with diced red onion and capers

GRASS FED STEAK TARTARE

Raw, chopped tenderloin steak of grass fed beef, mixed with fresh herbs, house seasoning, capers and onions served with crostini

BRUSCHETTA

Grilled ciabatta bread with diced tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic and olive oil

BONELESS BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDERS

Shaken in medium buffalo wing sauce and served with bleu cheese dressing

Freshly chopped lettuce topped with assorted fresh vegetables

STRAWBERRY SALAD

Strawberries, red onion and candied pecans over mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette and crumbly bleu cheese

CAESAR SALAD

Fresh Romaine lettuce, roughly chopped, tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing and topped with Parmesan cheese

PRIME RIB

12 oz. slow roasted Prime Rib seasoned with our house seasoning salt with natural au jus

FILET MIGNON

8 oz. finished with a mushroom peppercorn demi-glaze GF

SEAFOOD STUFFED FILET

Grilled center cut 6 oz. filet topped with crab stuffing, grilled shrimp, béarnaise sauce and finished with jumbo lump crab

SURF & TURF

8 oz. slow roasted Prime Rib seasoned with our house seasoning salt with natural au jus and 4 oz. cold water Lobster Tail

HORSERADISH CRUSTED SALMON

Topped with horseradish and breadcrumbs. Served with horseradish cream sauce and red pepper coulis sauce.

SHRIMP SCAMPI (WEBB’S STYLE)

Tender Gulf Shrimp, broiled with fresh mushrooms in a lemon garlic butter sauce, topped with fresh bread crumbs and served over linguine

BROILED FISHERMAN’S PLATTER

Stuffed devil crab, broiled lobster dainty, scallops, shrimp and white fish

SEARED HALIBUT

Herb crusted and pan seared served with a seafood beurre blanc sauce

CHICKEN PARMESAN

A boneless breast of chicken lightly breaded, pan sautéed and topped with melted mozzarella cheese and our own marinara sauce. Served with linguine

BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI

Ravioli served over a squash brown butter sauce topped with fried sage

PECAN FROG CHEESECAKE

 Our own homemade chocolate and vanilla cheesecake with caramel & pecans. Topped with chocolate syrup

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

 Homemade vanilla cheesecake topped with fresh strawberry sauce

Enjoy live music with Chris Vogt from 5:30 - 10:30pm and guests of our New Year’s Eve Dining Celebration are also welcome to enjoy a complimentary horse-drawn carriage ride following dinner!
