Van Duzer - 2012 Dijon Blocks Pinot Noir

Van Duzer - 2012 Dijon Blocks Pinot Noir

People who say don’t judge a book by its cover have books without very well designed covers. The same can be true with wines. Van Duzer Vineyards, located in the Williamette Valley in Oregon, benefits from the cool breezes that come off of the Pacific Ocean.

The label is the first thing that stands out on the Van Duzer bottle, but it is not the last. A palate is left with a taste of raspberries, strawberries, and cherry flavors, as well as an aroma of peppercorn, nutmeg and cinnamon.

This wine is a very food-friendly wine; however, our suggestion would be to pair it with our Grilled Salmon or Horseradish Crusted Salmon plates for the best affect of its flavor.

This wine is available for purchase at Webb's Captain's Table by the bottle.
