ENTREE 

Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad - Tender boneless breast of chicken blackened, sliced and served over hearts of romaine lettuce, topped with our own house made Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese and croutons. 

Sour Cherry Glazed Salmon - Grilled salmon filet served over grilled asparagus, dressed with house-made strawberry teriyaki glaze.

Prosciutto Wrapped Filet - Wet aged, hand-cut Filet seasoned with our house-rub,
served over a red wine reduction, sautéed mushrooms and house-made steak fries.


HOMEMADE DESSERT

Pumpkin Creme Brûlée - Vanilla custard topped with a crisp caramelized sugar shell and whipped cream 

Apple Crisp with Ice Cream
